Dilworth--A neighborhood of serenity, beauty, community spirit, and time-honored traditions. One of the most cherished traditions is the Dilworth Home Tour, which celebrated its 40th year in 2012. The weekend's festivities often begin with a wine tasting free to ticket holders, who can then meander through the neighborhood touring an eclectic collection of beautiful homes.

- Dilworth Art Project Chooses an Artist: Asheville native Robert Winkler's sculpture was chosen from among 30 submissions to commemorate the founding of Dilworth. The installation at the Dilworth Road/Romany site was completed in December, 2012.
