    I’ve traditionally written to you about tips from the early childhood field, this time the tips are a little more personal. Today I’m in Orlando looking at a college with my once “baby” Brent.  Brent is one of five boys and the reason I decided to get into early childhood education. Back then I was young and idealistic wanting to change group care for the better, and with my children close at hand what better way to be both a mom and a manager. Here I am, 17 years later and still in the early education industry, recruiting, training, caring for children and families, still actively driven by the vision of quality early education.
