Current Development Projects in Dilworth

Bartlett Family - "Winthrop Court", E. Blvd & Winthrop Ave. Corner
“Charleston” (on the Battery) design theme, 200 block of E. Tremont Ave.
Dilworth Inn, 220 - 224 East Boulevard , Updated Drawings 06/2008
"Ordermore 8", intersection of Scott Ave. and Ordermore
700 East Morehead and Euclid Ave., (former LongHorn Steakhouse site)

East Blvd. and Winthrop Ave.

Developers were sensitive to the historic style of the former building destroyed by fire that stood on the corner of East BLVD and Winthrop AVE since 1912.  Architectural artifacts were salvaged from the original structure such as columns, brackets, front doors, fireplace mantels, and selected windows to be reused in the new building.  The project now consists of 15,000 SF of office space on three levels and respects the current setbacks and restriction of the East BLVD Pedestrian Overlay District.  Although the use is office the building facades are articulated to emulate the historic residential homes nearby and create a corner anchor for the block facing the two grand church structures across the street.
